I’ve only met these two in-person once during their engagement session and I already feel like they are my lifelong friends. They are so full of life, joy, and laughter! There is no question the love they share and the love you feel emanating through these images. Planning their engagement session was SO much fun. Sam told me all about their favorite things, their first date, and all of the little things that brought them together in my engagement session questionnaire. After reading through all of her detailed answers, I picked out parts that really spoke to me and that I felt were major highlights in their love story. We decided on two different locations for their engagement session that held a special place in their hearts.

The first was Hotel Drover in the Stockyards in Fort Worth, TX. Clayton surprised Sam with her “dream date” at the hotel restaurant. It was their first official date upon reconnecting after college and their love only blossomed from there!

Our second location we decided on was Trinity Park, also in Fort Worth! One of their standout dates was grabbing tacos from a hole-in-the-wall restaurant nearby and having a little picnic by the river with the city skyline splayed out in front of them. I fell in love with the romanticism displayed in every single thing they did! Needless to say, their engagement session was heartfelt and filled with plenty of belly laughs and sheer joy!
