I am so excited to share some of the lovely images from McKenzi and Tevin’s engagement session! McKenzi found me through one of my dear friends and, ever since we spoke on the phone before booking, I knew they were my people! After filling out her engagement session questionnaire and glancing through her Pinterest board, we all settled on the idea of a downtown scene for their engagement session. McKenzi and Tevin together were just a match made in heaven. From the way they looked at each other to the way they frolicked about downtown laughing together, photographing them was just pure joy.

It’s always funny, too, when you realize just how small of a world it is. So, come to find out, they actually live in the Temple/Belton area (which is where I live)! AND, McKenzi used to cheer at the same gym that Lucy (my daughter) cheers at and J.T. (my husband) coaches at! THEN, I find out that Tevin is a realtor and worked with J.T.’s ju jitsu coach when he purchased his new gym here in Temple. Instantly, it felt like I had known them forever! I can’t wait to photograph McKenzi’s bridals in the next couple weeks and then their wedding at the beginning of October! Enjoy flipping through just a few from their engagement session!
